What do I receive?
A high-quality personalised digital invitation ready to share online.
How do I send my details?
Complete the Order Your Invitation form. It prepares an email with your event details ready to send to Happy Peacock Studio.
Do I pay when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form is an enquiry. I'll confirm your design and final price before any payment.
How do I pay?
After I review your request, I'll confirm the package and final price. You will then receive a secure Stripe payment link for the exact amount. No payment is taken when you submit the enquiry form.
Can I request changes?
Yes. The number of amendment rounds depends on your chosen package: 1 for Simple, up to 2 for Signature and up to 3 for Bespoke.
How quickly will I receive my invitation?
Simple and Signature orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours once payment and all required details have been received. Bespoke orders may take longer depending on complexity, and the turnaround will be confirmed before payment.
What file do I receive?
You receive a high-quality digital invitation ready to share. Signature and Bespoke can also include additional sharing sizes where listed in the package.

Orders & payment
Happy Peacock Studio provides personalised digital invitation design services. Submitting the order form is an enquiry and does not create a paid order. Your design, price and scope will be confirmed before payment. Work begins after payment unless otherwise agreed.
Personalisation & approval
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, times, venues, wording and other event details. Please check proofs carefully. Reasonable amendments within the agreed design are welcome before final approval; substantial changes or a new design direction may require an additional fee, which will be agreed first.
Delivery & use
Final invitations are supplied digitally for your personal event use and may be shared with your guests by WhatsApp, email or social media. Unless agreed otherwise, designs may not be resold, redistributed as templates, or claimed as your own design work. Any turnaround estimate starts once payment and all required details have been received and is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.
Customer-provided material
If you send photos, wording, logos or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it for your invitation.
Privacy Policy
Happy Peacock Studio uses the personal information you provide—such as your name, email address and event details—to respond to enquiries, create and deliver your order, provide customer service and keep necessary business records.
Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not received or stored by Happy Peacock Studio. Information is only shared with service providers where needed to operate the service, process payment or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Order information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records and legal obligations. You can contact hello@happypeacockstudio.co.uk with privacy questions or requests relating to your personal information.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because invitations are made to your specifications and personalised for your event, cancellation rights can differ from ordinary non-personalised online purchases. If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
If design work has not started, please contact us and we will review the cancellation and refund request. Once personalised design work has started, or a personalised digital design has been supplied, a cancellation or full refund may not be available where the law permits. This does not affect your legal rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or has not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
If Happy Peacock Studio cannot fulfil an accepted paid order, you will receive an appropriate refund for the unprovided service.
